Disastrous Service & Total Waste of Time!
"Silk Line has become an absolute joke. Yesterday, traveling from Multan to Lahore, they took a long stay just in 100 km into the journey. Today, on my way back, the bus boy says they will stay at Abdul Hakeem!
Are you running a transport service or a sightseeing tour for your drivers? Abdul Hakeem is literally just around the corner from Multan! Why on earth do you need a stay there, except to waste your passengers' precious time and force them to buy overpriced, third-class food from your selected rest areas?
If you value your time and sanity, avoid Silk Line at all costs. Highly unprofessional!"

My experience with Silk Line Bus Service today has been extremely disappointing.

I have been standing at the Lahore terminal for a long time to receive my passenger. The bus departed from Multan on time according to their schedule and should have arrived much earlier, but it is now more than 1 hour and 15 minutes late.

The worst part is that there is no customer care staff available, nobody is answering the calls, and the ticket counter staff keep saying, “We don’t know.”

On top of that, the helpline number they provide is not even working. Keeping passengers and their families waiting without any updates is highly irresponsible and unprofessional.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their customer support and service.

I traveled from Lahore to Bahawalpur.

Before booking, I checked the reviews and they were not good. But when I experienced it myself, it was completely different.

The journey was smooth, the staff was polite, and we reached on time. Everything was fine.

I don’t understand why people gave such negative reviews.

Sir/Madam,
I am a regular traveler on your Lahore to Multan route and usually travel every week, most often on Seat No. 1 or 2. I have generally trusted your service; however, I am extremely disappointed to report repeated unprofessional behavior by your staff.
Today, for the third time, I observed that both the driver and bus boy were playing loud songs on a mobile phone during the journey, without any consideration for passenger comfort. Despite politely requesting them to stop, my concern was ignored. This behavior made the journey feel like a local non-AC bus rather than a premium service.
I would like to ask clearly: Does Silk Line allow drivers to listen to music on mobile phones while driving? This raises serious concerns about passenger comfort and safety.
Additionally, I want to highlight a very disturbing experience from my journey on 23 December 2025. At that time, I was traveling while grieving the sudden death of my father. The driver and bus boy were aware of my situation, as I was visibly distressed and crying during the journey. Despite this, they continued playing music loudly and showed no empathy or concern.
This behavior reflects a complete lack of professionalism and basic humanity.
I humbly request the management to educate and strictly brief drivers and onboard staff regarding passenger respect, professionalism, and empathy. Such incidents severely damage the reputation of your service and the trust of regular customers like myself.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and corrective action will be ensured.

I have been using SilkLine for a long time, and in the beginning their service was really good. But now the quality has gone down badly. The buses are always delayed, the vehicles feel old, and they don’t provide any refreshments anymore. Overall, the service has become very disappointing. I hope SilkLine improves their timing, maintenance, and passenger comfort again. Still standing at bus station and there is no bus there.
