Ticket Cancellation

• Tickets cancelled 24 hours before departure: 90% refund.

• Tickets cancelled 12 hours before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 6 hours before departure: Non-refundable.

Ticket Change

• You may reschedule your ticket (subject to seat availability) up to 12 hours before departure.

No-Show Policy

• If a passenger fails to board, the ticket is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
